Progress, I guess

I know I'm supposed to write about my diet, but I found that spending time on the computer keeps me away form the fridge, for now... (How about that for some weight loss tips? ;)
I found that on some weight loss forums, you can get some diet tips, you can share weight loss plans, so I guess I'm im a good place. You actually have support online for that!
The good news is that I have my Mui Thai class later today, And I've been very good- I'm away from the fridge! (Maybe that's what my friend had in mind when he suggested the blog thing- that I'll spend more time away from the kitchen... :)
I'll get myself some diet plan, it seems like just eating less is not enough, because I eat less but in higher frequency...
